Jennifer L. Hara
Manager
Jennifer Hara manages the firm's government contracts
and transportation practice, assists in early stage project development,
market research and analysis, preparation and development of proposals,
and overall corporate marketing and client outreach activities.
She has been with Taylor-DeJongh for 9 years and is
currently managing the contract for the U.S. Department of Transportation's
Innovative Financing programs for both roads and shipping. Ms. Hara's
skills encompass financial analysis, project due diligence, as well
as economic and risk analysis for the transportation and other infrastructure
sectors. On behalf of the TIFIA Joint Program Office, Ms. Hara participated
in negotiating the TIFIA loan agreement and contributed to the risk
assessment report for the Pocahontas Parkway / Richmond Airport
Connector Project. She is currently involved in advising the TIFIA
Joint Program Office on the Florida I-595 Expansion Project. Ms.
Hara was the project manager for the Merchant Power Framework study
for ADB and the APEC-USTDA funded workshop "Fuelling the Developing
APEC economies-The Role of Gas," held in Guangzhou, China.
Ms. Hara has an M.A. in International Economics from
The George Washington University and a B.A. in International Politics
and Spanish from Seattle University. She is fluent in Spanish. Washington,

Roxanne Suratgar
Manager
Roxanne Suratgar assists in project identification,
project management, market research and analysis, preparation and
development of international proposals, new business development
and corporate marketing. She is currently a manager on a project
to privatize downstream commercial assets in the oil and gas sector
in Jordan. Previously she was a manager on a project to evaluate
the restructuring options for the state oil company of Azerbaijan.
In addition to her experience in the energy sector, she has worked
on several mining projects, including co-managing a training program
associated with a major alumina refinery project in West Africa,
and developing a market analysis for a molybdenum mining project
in Australia.
She has 15 years of project management and consulting
experience: previous experience includes the assistant area manager
for international business development for the Engineering EPC contractor
activities at Snamprogetti, (ENI) Italy; a consultant in EU technical
assistance projects in Eastern Europe and Lebanon, and a consultant
for SINNEA International in Italy. Ms. Suratgar also worked at Nomisma
SpA, the leading Italian economic consulting firm, established by
Romano Prodi, where she was a member of the international projects
business unit.
Ms. Suratgar has an M.B.A. from Profingest Business
School in Bologna, Italy, and a degree in engineering science (mechanical)
from University of Exeter, U.K. Washington, D.C.


Wendy Musco
Manager, Administration and
Communications
Wendy Musco provides daily management support to Taylor-DeJongh,
especially the administration, human resources, marketing and business
development divisions of the firm. Ms. Musco also manages information
technology for TDJ, including daily trouble shooting, network maintenance,
management of outsourced technical support and database management.
She participates in all facets of marketing and corporate communications,
including web site development, advertising, all press materials,
the newsletter publication and conference management. She previously
worked as the sales and marketing manager for a writing and editing
company in Washington D.C.
Ms. Musco has an M.B.A. in International Business
Finance and an M.A. in Latin American Studies from The George Washington
University. Washington D.C.


Virginia Allies
Office Manager
Virginia Allies manages the administration of the
London office and also supports the marketing and business development
activities of both London and Washington, D.C.
Ms. Allies previously worked in the accounts department
of a large publishing company before moving to a leading Middle
East business magazine, MEED. There, she provided support to the
sales, editorial and marketing teams and also assisted in production
(both print and online) and conferences, helping with the logistical
aspects prior to each event. London
