William Clark
Senior Associate
William Clark has advised on multiple assignments
in the upstream oil & gas, power, and LNG sectors. Most recently,
Mr. Clark has advised clients on the structuring of reserve based
loans for the acquisition of hydrocarbon fields in Africa and the
former Soviet Union. He also has been advising the sponsors of a
large-scale Pacific Basin LNG project and the developers of an early-stage
250,000 bpd refinery project in Africa. He was placed on-site in
a Russian natural gas company, where he assisted in the firm's efforts
toward developing a large-scale upstream and LNG liquefaction project.
Prior to joining Taylor-DeJongh, Mr. Clark held positions
at Lehman Brothers, where he tracked pending energy legislation
and regulations for market and sector impacts, and at the U.S. Commerce
Department, where he researched energy related commercial issues
and trade barriers.
Mr. Clark has an M.A. in International Affairs from
The George Washington University (concentrations in Russia, Energy
and International Finance) and a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.

Scott Flippen
Senior Associate
Scott Flippen's experience includes screening and
executing transactions for private equity investors, financial modeling
and analysis for non-recourse project financings, providing commercial
and financial structuring advice related to project financings,
and advising sponsors on the project development process.
Mr. Flippen has advised on projects in the power,
oil & gas, LNG, petrochemicals and telecommunications sectors.
His recent advisory assignments include multiple petrochemical projects
in Saudi Arabia, an LNG liquefaction project in Papua New Guinea,
a hydroelectric power project in Mozambique, a coal-fired power
plant in the Gambia, and a submarine fiber optic cable project in
Africa. Other work includes assisting with the establishment of
a GCC-based merchant bank focused on energy infrastructure investments,
studying the role of LNG in the North American market, preparing
an analysis of global LNG supply capacity, and identifying potential
LNG suppliers for an import terminal in South America.
Mr. Flippen has an M.B.A. in International Business
and a M.A. in International Trade & Investment Policy from The
George Washington University. He holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies
with a minor in Chinese Language & Literature from the College

Rami Elayan
Senior Associate
Rami Elayan has 9 years of experience specializing
in energy and infrastructure projects. Mr. Elayan's experience includes
financial modeling and analysis, valuation, risk analysis, strategic
planning, and business development. Mr. Elayan's recent assignments
include a port project in Jordan, an LNG liquefaction plant in the
Pacific Basin, and a petrochemical plant in the GCC. Mr. Elayan's
work has also included an analysis of recent water and power projects
in the Arabian Gulf, and a risk assessment for an LNG project that
is currently under development. In his current role, Mr. Elayan
assists with market research and analysis, preparation and development
of international proposals and new business development.
Before joining Taylor-DeJongh, Mr. Elayan spent 8
years at Bechtel Corporation, most recently as a Senior Financial
& Strategic Planning Associate. He oversaw the finance functions
for the nuclear business line, performing forecast activities, risk
analysis, strategic planning and financial evaluation. He also managed
the finance and accounting operations for a power plant in Saudi
Arabia.
Mr. Elayan has an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance
from American University, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from North
Carolina State University. He is fluent in Arabic and English. Washington,

Jennifer Dostert
Senior Associate
Jennifer Dostert has 12 years of business experience,
which includes 5 years of emerging market investment experience.
Ms. Dostert's recent assignments include the privatization of a
port in Jordan and a merchant power project in Latin America. Prior
to joining Taylor-DeJongh, she served as a Senior Credit Officer
at USAID where she was responsible for rating, structuring and negotiating
partial credit guarantees with international financial institutions.
Ms. Dostert completed over $200 million of investments in 12 countries
and worked on infrastructure projects in South Africa, India, Bulgaria
and Uganda. She also served as a finance advisor to the U.S. Department
of State for the Asia Pacific Partnership on Clean Development and
Climate, a 6 country initiative to accelerate development and deployment
of clean energy technologies. Before joining USAID, Ms. Dostert
worked as a management consultant for Bain & Company and at
CarMax.
Ms. Dostert has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A.
in Economics and Spanish from the University of North Carolina.

Eugene Zamastsyanin
Associate
Mr. Zamastsyanin is a financial analyst specializing
in the oil & gas sector. He performs a wide range of duties,
including financial modeling, market research, investment valuation,
and advising clients on subjects pertaining to project finance.
His most recent assignments include creating a financial
model for an innovative oil shale production company, evaluating
numerous private equity investment opportunities, assisting in developing
an acquisition strategy for a large European utility moving upstream,
and assisting a client with formulating a strategy and conducting
negotiations on financing options for an LNG regasification terminal.
Mr. Zamastsyanin holds a BA/MA in International Relations
from the Belarus State University, and will receive his MA in International
Peace & Conflict Resolution / MBA in Finance & Investment
Banking from American University in 2009. He is a CFA Level 1 Candidate.
He is fluent in Russian and English. Washington, D.C.


Sophie Guiny
Analyst
Ms. Guiny is responsible for financial modeling, and
market, economic and financial research for large infrastructure
projects within the power, oil and gas, petrochemicals, transportation,
metals and mining sectors. Recent assignments include financial
advisory to the USDOT TIFIA program for the I-595 project in Florida,
the privatization of the downstream petroleum sector in Jordan,
a refinery in West Africa, power projects in the Caribbean and a
refinery in the United States. Ms. Guiny also participates in Taylor-DeJongh's
research activities; recent assignments include managing a study
on global LNG markets, and contributing to studies on molybdenum,
natural gas markets and pipelines.
Ms. Guiny also assists in the preparation and coordination
of international bids to multilateral organizations and private
and public sector clients.
Prior to joining Taylor-DeJongh, Ms. Guiny worked
for the International Association of Development Funds and the European
Commission.
Ms. Guiny has an M.A. in International Studies (specialization
in International Economic Affairs) from The George Washington University,
and an M.A. in European Union Studies from Sciences Po Paris. She
is fluent in French, Dutch and Spanish. Washington D.C.


Yi-Chun (Lydia) Liu
Analyst
Ms Liu's responsibilities include performing market,
economic and financial research; identifying, preparing and coordinating
international bids and proposals; and writing articles for industry
publications. She supports projects within various energy sectors
including oil & gas, LNG, and power, and was involved in writing
a study for the Asia Pacific Economic Forum (APEC) entitled "Potential
for Growth of Natural Gas as a Clean Energy Source in APEC Developing
Economies."
Ms Liu also assists with international business development,
corporate marketing campaigns and communication, including editing
and publishing the corporate newsletter and press materials, and
conference management.
Ms. Liu has an M.A. in International Trade & Investment
Policy (Concentrations in International Marketing and International
Banking & Financing) from The George Washington University and
a B.A. in Cooperative Economics from The National Taipei University.
She is fluent in Mandarin. Washington D.C.


Nicole Weygandt
Analyst
Ms. Weygandt is responsible for performing market
research, and assists with the identification and preparation of
bids and proposals to public and private sector clients. She has
recently contributed to market studies and research covering global
LNG markets, and energy security in the North America and European
markets. She writes articles, speeches and presentations.
Prior to joining Taylor-DeJongh, Ms. Weygandt worked
for the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, where she conducted
country/market research and risk analysis for the Office of the
Chief Economist. She has also worked for the U.S. Department of
Commerce and the U.S. Department of State in Germany, Austria, and
Russia.
Ms. Weygandt holds an M.S. in International Business-Government
Relations from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Political Science
and Economics from the University of Chicago. She is fluent in German.

Thomas Iverson
Analyst
Mr. Iverson assists with investment analysis, market
research, proposal and presentation preparation, and supports advisory
to public and private sector clients. Currently he focuses on developments
and trends in the power, oil & gas and infrastructure industries
of the Middle East and North Africa.
Mr. Iverson previously worked for The PrivateBank
& Trust Co., a part of PrivateBancorp, in Chicago, IL.
Mr. Iverson is a recent graduate of the Johns Hopkins
University School of Advanced International Studies with an M.A.
in International Economics concentrating on International Finance
and Middle East Politics. He holds a B.A. in Finance with a concentration
in Arabic Language from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
