Taylor-DeJongh has advised on the financing for major transportation projects, including airports, ports and roads. As financiers, the firm focuses on the fundamental business arrangements of a transaction to assure that all parties have identified and allocated risks throughout the transaction and that such arrangements are reflected in the project financial structure. The firm provides financial planning and analysis for large-scale transportation infrastructure projects, assists clients in structuring complex finance transactions and advises on the financing and implementing of public-private partnerships.

TDJ is a financial advisor to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s TIFIA loan guarantee and credit program and to the State of Florida Department of Transportation.

In March 2010, the I-595 Corridor Highway Project, for which TDJ was the financial advisor to the US Department of Transportation’s TIFIA lending program, was awarded North American Transport Deal of the Year 2009 by Project Finance magazine.
