In the United States, Taylor-DeJongh is an external advisor to the TIFIA Program for the U.S. Department of Transportation's Federal Highway Administration. TIFIA is the federal innovative finance program that provides loans, loan guarantees and credit assistance for transportation and intermodal infrastructure in the United States.
